Overview
Beautiful, private 3BR condo w/all the modern conveniences, just steps from Wrigley Field! Short walk to the El at Addison Red Line stop for easy access to everything Chicago! Discover dozens of shops, restaurants & taverns within walking distance on Clark, Halsted, Broadway, Southport & Irving Park Road, including grocery stores. Stay for a couple days, or a couple weeks - you'll have everything you need no matter what! If you don't find it, just ask - we're right downstairs and happy to help!

This lovely vintage building has hardwood floors and exposed brick throughout, and the interior woodwork has never seen a drop of paint - it's absolutely stunning! The tastefully updated private unit where you'll stay offers a full kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a microwave. A Keurig coffee maker and K-Cups are provided along with creamer for your morning wake-up with our compliments! The unit has a new heating/cooling system using "Nest" technology to keep you comfy no matter what the temperature outside! Three beautifully furnished bedrooms include two queen-sized beds and one full, and the livingroom has a queen-sized memory foam pull-out sofa. An additional Aerobed air mattress is available to place in the master bedroom or livingroom if needed to accommodate up to ten people. Although our place is kid-friendly, there are no child-safety mechanisms or controls in place, so please be conscientious when bringing your children for a stay. The unit is not suitable for infants under two years of age.

Front and rear entrances allow access to the building and private unit with your phone using Bluetooth technology! Once booked, your hosts will forward you an invitation via our mobile smart-lock app and access will be granted during your stay. You'll have unlimited access to the private, three bedroom unit, and limited access to the garage and laundry facilities upon request and arrangements with your hosts.

The unit where you'll be staying is completely private, but we live right downstairs and are available to answer any questions, and would love to have you join us on our private porch or deck for a beverage and a chat! If we're not home, we will be easily reached via text message to help out with any needs you may have! We will be happy to make recommendations for activities, events and/or restaurants, and offer concierge services such as stocking your fridge for an additional fee.

The condo sits on a quiet, residential street, but it's just a half a block from Wrigley Field (and all of the fun and fanfare that comes with the area). Lake Michigan and Boystown are nearby as well, as are dozens of shops, restaurants, and taverns.

The nearest cross streets are Clark and Waveland, and the Addison "El" stop is just two blocks away. On game days and during events at Wrigley Field, the neighborhood gets very lively and pedestrian and vehicle traffic increases significantly! Getting in and out of the neighborhood in a vehicle can be a challenge during these times, so please plan accordingly. If you have any questions, about dates and times when activity will peak, don't hesitate to ask!

This location is only two blocks from the Addison Red Line "El" stop which will take you to downtown Chicago in just 15-20 minutes! We are within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, shops and taverns, including grocery stores. If you need parking during your stay, arrangements can be made in advance for you to park in our 2-car garage for an additional $40/night per space. Please take care of our home's guest quarters by cleaning up after yourselves as much as possible and leaving the unit in the same condition you found it. Additional cleaning fees above the $150 required fee may apply if the unit needs extensive cleaning after your stay.

1. Please be aware that you will be required to present your photo ID upon check-in so that we may verify you are the guest who made the reservation. Acceptable forms of ID are limited to: US Driver's License, US State-Issued ID Card, US Military ID, and/or a Passport. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we feel this is important for your safety and ours. 2. All guests must be accounted for in your reservation. Absolutely no unauthorized parties allowed! Arrangements can be made in advance for certain types of parties/events and may include additional fees and security deposits. Please contact hosts for details. 3. No smoking of any substances (including vaporizers) allowed anywhere on the premises. The same goes for use of drugs of any kind. 4. This is a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, please be respectful of the owners and neighbors when coming and going. Please remove shoes inside the house. Quiet hours from 10:00pm through 8:00am Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm through 9:00am Friday & Saturday. Outdoor lighting will be turned off once quiet hours begin. 5. The back deck/garden area and grill are reserved for use by the owners only. Please respect our privacy as we intend to respect yours. Feel free to enjoy the front porch seating area anytime outside of quiet hours. Guests are not, under any circumstances, permitted access to the balcony of the unit.
