This gorgeous historic bungalow was recently renovated and features a brand new bathroom! Immaculately clean, you'll love this home-away-from-home with luxury linens and modern conveniences.
It is centrally located in a historic neighborhood close to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City and Raymond James Stadium and only 15 minutes from the airport.
You'll stay connected with high-speed WiFi and local TV. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, full size front load washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
No deflated air mattresses or couch surfing here! Everyone sleeps comfortably with 1 king size pillow top bed and 2 queen beds, each in their own bedroom with closet, window blinds and a ceiling fan.
The chef in the family will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, blender and more.
The bathroom was fully renovated in 2017 from top to bottom and the beautiful oak hardwood floors throughout the rest of the home were sanded and refinished.
After a day exploring the city, relax in the cozy living room with a cocktail or glass of wine (barware is provided) and prep for the next day.
The home is immaculately clean and well-maintained ‐‐ you won't be disappointed!
Guests have access to the entire home and backyard, but not the detached garage.
The front door has a digital lock for self check-in at your convenience. I'm available by phone or text if you need anything or have any questions.
Seminole Heights is a historic neighborhood with homes dating from the early 1900s as well as newer homes built in the craftsman style. In recent years the neighborhood has become known internationally for the food scene. The Refinery, Rooster and the Till and Ella's Café are three of my favorites and other new concepts open regularly (The Hall on Franklin is a great newcomer!)
Lyft and Uber both service the Tampa Bay area and are the most convenient way to get around if you don't rent a car.
If you do have or rent a car, there is plenty of parking in the driveway for 4 or even 5 cars.
Major interstates are easily accessible including I-4, I-275 and I-75 for daytrips to Orlando to see Mickey or Harry Potter (ProTip: If you go to Universal Studios, get the 2-park pass so you can ride the Hogwarts Express.) Head the opposite direction to soak up some sun on our world-class sugar-sand beaches in Clearwater or St. Petersburg.
Sorry, but no pets. For those with allergies, there have not been pets in the home since the renovation and all bed pillows are synthetic fill.
