Overview
Nestled in a small bay on Malcolm Lake, this privately located cottage has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful waterfront with a westerly exposure, newly renovated accommodation and a great deck for outdoor dining and lounging.

As you enter the Land’O’Lakes region and begin to glimpse sparkling lakes through the trees, breathe the fresh and clean air, and relish the quiet of being away from the city, stress will drift away and that vacation feeling will take its place. Bonnie Isle View is the perfect spot to unwind and recharge the batteries.

This neat cottage has been completely refreshed to present traditional yet updated accommodation on one level. Entry is in to a small lobby that leads into the large kitchen area that is well equipped to handle catering for the family. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are to the rear of the kitchen area and have all been redecorated and comfortably furnished with new beds and mattresses.

The open plan living and dining area have great views over the lawns and water, and sliding doors lead onto the new deck offering unrestricted access to the waterfront. A wood stove is available for cooler evenings and satellite TV provides entertainment for the occasional rainy day. You can stay connected too with hi-speed internet access (via satellite).

The waterfront will be popular with all the family and there is a shallow area for easy access to the water that is sandy underfoot. The lake bed becomes softer with some rocks further out so water shoes are recommended. A canoe is provided for exploring this quiet and tranquil lake, and of course, there’s a firepit for evenings out under the stars. The lake is great for fishing with large and small mouth bass, northern pike and walleye.

The Frontenac area is a beautiful and peaceful location for simply sitting back and chilling out. For the active members of the group there’s golf and tennis within half an hour, and three great provincial parks to explore within an hour’s drive. With a grocery store (with LCBO and Beer Store) just 15 minutes away, you won’t have to go far for provisions either.

Come and visit Malcolm Lake – you won’t want to leave!

All our cottages are privately owned by people who want to share their little piece of paradise with their guests. Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Composition of Parties and Age Limits
We primarily provide family holidays and it is our policy not to accept bookings from groups of young people under the age of 25 and some groups comprising all-adults. This policy is not intended to be discriminatory, but is merely to protect our cottage owners' interests and to meet the requirements of their rental insurance policies.
Payment Policy
Reservations shall be confirmed in writing by the Agency on payment of a deposit and applicable booking fee by credit card or cheque.

Receipt of any deposit prior to the Agency's written confirmation of the reservation shall not constitute acceptance of any booking.

The balance shall be payable 45 days prior to the commencement of the vacation by cheque, money order or email money transfer.

Where the Rental Period commences within 45 days of the reservation, or is less than a week in duration, full payment is required on booking.

All payments shall be made to the Agency by credit card, cheque, money order or email money transfer. (Visa or Mastercard only)

Once a reservation is received and accepted by The Agent, The Guest is liable for payment of the balance of the rental fee, plus any additional charges, 45 days before occupation of the property. Non-payment by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
Refundable Damage Deposit
The Lead Guest agrees to provide a valid credit card number as a guarantee for up to $1,500:

To pay all outstanding long distance phone charges, overage on WiFi usage in excess of the stated limits, and accept any and all liability for any damage beyond normal wear and tear (for those items not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Plan) during the term of the Rental Period.
Cancellation Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below:
· If the period of rental can be re-booked, a refund for the period re-rented, less a cancellation fee of $150 (plus HST) will be issued.
· If any part of the rental period cannot be re-booked, the Renter will forfeit all monies paid for that period.

Once a reservation has been accepted by The Agent the reservation can only be changed to another cottage by treating the original reservation as a cancellation.
