If you see less than 7 nights in a week in summer please contact directly to ask to book them , calendar set Saturday to Saturday


Holidays include: Christmas Week, New Years Week, Easter Week, Thanksgiving Week

FEES:

TOURISM OCCUPANCY TAX: 10.5% of rental rate and cleaning fee (imposed by City of San Diego)


NON REFUNDABLE CLEANING FEE: $350

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: $500.00

Early and Late Check ins

Early check in is not always available. If the house is booked the night before you arrive, that means that there is a group leaving that morning at the 10:00 check out time and our cleaning crew starts working. Our cleaning crews are using the full 6 hours between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm to clean the house, particularly with Covid protocols. Even if there is no group using the house the night before your arrival, that does not mean that early check in is available. We manage several houses and have cleaning crews working at different properties at different times, there may be maintenance being performed, etc. If early check in is available, the fees are as follows:

10:00 a.m. -- $450
11:00 a.m. -- $375
12:00 p.m. -- $300
1:00 p.m. -- $225
2:00 p.m. -- $150
3:00 p.m. -- $75

Please contact us after you make your reservation to inquire as to whether we are able to accommodate an early check in.

Just like early check in, late check out is not always available. If you are checking out on a day that another group is arriving, then our cleaners will need every hour between your check out time and their arrival time to clean the house. Even if a group is not arriving that day, late check out may not be available for a number of other reasons. If late check out is available, the fees are as follows:

12:00 p.m. -- $150
1:00 p.m. -- $225
2:00 p.m. -- $300
3:00 p.m. -- $375
4:00 p.m. -- $450

We welcome people to share this home and to experience the fantastic location and views as well as the neighborhood and larger community. You should know that we are very serious about quiet hours (which includes use of the pool and hot tub) and respecting the quiet and peaceful ambience of the residential neighborhood. Please do not book this home if you are expecting to party late or loud. Quiet hours as well as excessive noise or disruption rules are enforced at all times. The neighbors will call us if a group is violating the rules.

Please Call not text, the office at 619-224-4643 about 30 minutes prior to arrival so we may arrange for a team member to meet and greet you at the property.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25
Large groups of teenagers without more than one adult chaperone will not be allowed. noise sensitive due to proximity to neighbors.
Payment Policy
We take credit cards with a 3% fee or we can accept a US Bank check if stay is at least 30 days out. Check must clear and no cashiers checks allowed. Bill Pay checks or wire transfers accepted. No 3% fee. Processed through Cal Vacation Homes
We accept Stripe as payment on Houfy plus a 3% fee
Refundable Damage Deposit
$149 is a Damage Deposit Waiver for up to $500 of accidental damage. It is non refundable
.
Cancellation Policy
Please get trip insurance if you think you may cancel similar to cruise ship passengers. If 60 days or more out we will refund all but a $500 cancellation fee. If less than 60 days we will refund 50%. If we can replace you we will refund less a $500 fee.
Notes
Check in time of 4p set to enable enhanced Covid Cleaning. Any early check in will be at host discretion and not generally available . Check Out time also firm to enable enhanced Covid cleaning crew. Any late check out will be at host discretion and not generally available.

- Zero tolerance for neighbor disturbance and unapproved parties. All rental money will be forfeited and guests asked to leave
- NO tobacco Smoking on Premises anywhere near doors or windows.
- Minimum age 26 for responsible booking guest
- Recreational 420 not allowed inside house and vaping only on front deck facing ocean only as per the laws of the State of California
