The house is centrally located on a nice quiet street near Sunset Junction. This spacious home offers a furnished open living space. The neighborhood is home to many modern artists and you're a 2 min walk to some of the best boutique shops, restaurants and bars on Sunset Blvd.

Quiet, modern, completely renovated two bedroom, two bathroom house in a quiet neighborhood.
The space consists of an open living space containing a living room, kitchen, dining room and working/office area. One master bedroom with a Queen size bed with a walking closet and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a Full size bed with a wardrobe armoire and shares the bathroom with the open living room space. As noted, the space comfortably sleeps four.

Free parking for one car (small to medium size vehicles only).
The designated parking spot is marked by "Guest" sign. Please park parallel to the back entrance.
Parking is only for the registered guest.
Additional street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
SECURITY CAMERAS are on the property for yours and owner's security - located around the perimeter of the house and property (all entrances/exits/doors, driveway, parking area, front yard, back patio, including but not limited to the ring door). They are recording 24/7. There are no interior security cameras.
We respect our neighbors and ask that after 10pm you use lowered voices if outside and after 11pm do not use outdoor spaces.
GUEST ACCESS I have a smart electronic lock setup for your convenience. An email or text will be sent with the access code and instructions one to two hours before check in time and it will be only active during your stay.
GUEST INTERACTION You will have lots of privacy and convenience. I'm around if you need me, just next door. You might see me from time to time as I come and go (we share a driveway).
ZERO TOLERANCE for parties, events, drugs, smoking of any kind, or excess drinking. Please be aware any unauthorized party or overnight visitors are grounds for removal from the property. Law enforcement will be contacted.

The maximum number of people the space holds is 4. More than 4 people in the property is not allowed.
At the time of booking all guests are required to registered.
Guests are required to read all the House Rules thoroughly before booking.
Drop off luggage is not available.
- No more than 4 guests with reservation is allowed.
- Strict 4 guest maximum. No overnight guests.
- No visitors allowed.
- Couch is not a sofa bed. Unacceptable to use the couch as bed.
- No Candles / No vaping / No pipes /No e-cigarretes /No Smoking of any kind
- No smoking marijuana even if you have medical marijuana card.
- No parking on driveway. No blocking the driveway at all.
- $100 will be deducted from your security deposit if any remote control is missing
(including but not limited to the AC system and tv).
- Do not use the white bathroom towels for cleaning up spills; clean surfaces or removing makeup to prevent permanent stains. Instead, use the paper towels in the kitchen. (Security deposit will be charged for ruined bathroom towels).
- Only flush tissue paper in the toilet.
- Please keep the premises in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Turn off inside lights, air conditioning, heat and other appliances when you leave for the day.
- No photo shots or film shots without written permission.
- Notify your host of any damage to the premises or its contents or any inoperable equipment or appliance.
- At the end of your stay there will be checkout walk through to account for all items and furniture in the house.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500
Security Deposit will be deducted for expenses incurred due to not following the rules.
The amount of $100 will be deducted automatically from the deposit as a recovery fee if white towels are damage as a result of make up removal.
The amount of $400 will be deducted automatically as a recovery fee to restore the place to a smoke-free condition, this includes smoking odors inside the house as well as cigarettes/cigars butts around the property.
Clothes detergent is not supplied.
