Park-Ette guests may share the back deck or front porch. You may see me occasionally stroll by, watering the plants or tending to the yard, but I like to give my guests as much privacy as possible.
I live on-site but am newly retired and busier than ever. I am available; often in person ... always via phone or text.
For days when I'm off-adventuring, I have a co-host and neighbor who is always available when I'm not.
The main floor of the home is my other suite listed on airbnb; Park-Sumner. They share the foyer, but after that, each of the spaces are separate.
