Overview

Tastefully updated and modernized 1957 ranch / mid-century modern home, boasts wonderful screened in porch, covered private back yard patio and two fireplaces among many other lovely amenities!

This is a beautiful home - full of light and very spacious!
Perfect for a large family or a small group of friends visiting the area, this home has 2 bedrooms (one with a pull out couch and one with a bed - both pictured), 2 living areas (one with a pull out couch), 2 fireplaces, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one equipped with a gorgeous soaking tub!), a covered patio area, a screened in porch and a dining room.

You'll have access to the entire house and yard!

Though this home is owned by Margaret, Sophia will be managing this listing and will be your main point of contact before and during your stay. I will be available by phone if you need anything at all, but will not be on the premises during your stay, unless there is some sort of emergency that warrants it.

Old growth trees in back yard. Private fenced yard. Established neighborhood.

Quiet neighborhood in out of way location. 5 minutes to freeway. 20 minute walk to bus line. 1.5 mile to grocery, gas, restaurants.
