A $500 refundable security deposit must be paid 7 days prior to check-in. Deposit will be refunded within 10 business days of check-out date, less any actual damages permitted to be withheld under the Tenant Security Deposit Act and any unauthorized charges for which Guest is responsible. The deposit is for security and deductions will be made due to:
■ Damage to the property or furnishings or any cost incurred by owner due to Guest’s stay
■ Exceeding maximum occupancy
■ Parking a recreational vehicle on the property or connecting an RV
to Owners’ utilities
■ Excessive mess or dirt that requires extra cleaning
■ Violating any rules in the Rental Agreement that are stated here as
well as under “Rental rules”
● NOTE: THE $500 SECURITY DEPOSIT DOES NOT
COVER NEGLIGENT, WILLFUL, OR WANTON CONDUCT. Any damages exceeding the $500 security deposit and/or are not covered by Guest’s insurance will be paid by guest. Any litigation will be handled within the local jurisdiction of the property’s location. Guest is responsible for immediately notifying Owner of damage or theft during occupancy.1

Above and Beyond has a strict cancellation policy.
■ A minimum 25% deposit is required to reserve the house
Installment payments are allowed
■ The remainder of rental costs are due one month prior to check-in
and security deposit is due within 7 days of check-in.
■ Should Guest cancel the reservation, in writing, at least sixty (60)
days prior to the Check-in Date, all fees will be refunded, less a
$75.00 service fee
■ Should Guest cancel the reservation for any reason between
thirty(30) and fifty-nine (59) days notice, Owners will retain 25% of
the rental cost
■ If Guest cancels the reservation with less than 30 days notice, or if
unforeseen circumstances (such as a hurricane or other conditions
out of the control of guest or homeowner) force the cancellation of
the reservation, Guest will forfeit rental costs and Homeowners will
refund damage deposit only
■ If Guest does not pay in full by 30 days prior to check in, Owner
reserves the right to cancel the rental agreement and retain the
deposit.
